Desty Menu is a restaurant tech product that provides a QR-based ordering system to enhance operational efficiency for F&B businesses. It offers an integrated mobile digital menu with seamless payment options, specifically designed for restaurants, hospitality, and digital booking services. Desty Menu improves the customer ordering experience, helping businesses increase sales while reducing operational costs.

My Role

As a Designer, I was responsible for designing the Smart Waiter (Upselling Feature) to help merchants attract more users, increase per-customer transactions, and boost the re-purchase rate, ultimately enhancing merchants’ overall revenue.

Project background

Current Situation

• Internal Factors: Desty Menu currently lacks an upselling feature. By introducing upselling capabilities, we aim to help merchants improve food sales and increase profits.
• External Factors: Competing local products in Indonesia, such as Majoo and MaxPOS, lack advanced upselling features beyond basic meal recommendations. Implementing this feature provides a competitive advantage, especially for attracting large chain merchants like Bakmi GM.
